Dr. Aaron Oxenrider


Dr. Aaron Oxenrider, known by his patients and peers as “Dr. Aaron” is a board certified chiropractic physician who has certifications in wellness lifestyle intervention and pain management.
Dr. Aaron studied nutrition science at Indiana University before receiving his doctorate of chiropractic, graduating with honors, from the world-renowned Palmer College of Chiropractic. Dr. Aaron has taken hundreds of hours in post doctorate nutrition studies, functional medicine, lifestyle genetics, scientific exercise protocols and mind-body healing arts.
Dr. Aaron has lectured to his peers across the country on lifestyle intervention science, nutrition and positive change implementation techniques. He was awarded the honor by the city of Noblesville of “Dr. Aaron Oxenrider Day” on June 28, 2012 for his years of dedicated service to the people of his community.
Dr. Aaron is currently finishing several books focusing on reversing lifestyle diseases through nutrition, exercise and doctors tested top-of- the-line nutritional supplementation. His goal is to make obtaining great health and weight loss simple, wildly effective, unexpectedly fun and at the same time fitting into people’s hectic life schedules.

Bryndon Preston


Bryndon Preston is an author, counselor, life coach, and business owner. His background is in customer service, conflict mediation, and sales. He has spent years of study and research into human psychology and behavior with a focus on integrity based sales and marketing. He brings his skills, experience and passion to Access 2 Integration to further their goal of allowing chiropractic offices to successfully integrate and serve their patients and their community.

Angela Green MN


Angela Green MN, FNP-BC is a working in professional collaboration with Dr. Aaron Oxenrider, Angela will be providing clinical leadership as well as mentoring of FNPs as they transition into the Functional Medicine role.
Angela received her Bachelor’s in Science in Nursing from the University of Evansville graduating magna cum laude. She was inducted into Sigma Theta Tau International Nursing Honor Society for her academic achievements while at the University of Evansville. She was nominated by her undergraduate faculty and subsequently selected for a prestigious Woodruff Scholarship to pursue her graduate studies at the Nell Hodgson Woodruff School of Nursing Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. She completed her Master’s of Nursing as a Clinical Nurse Specialist Adult/Health Critical Care focusing on the neuroscience patient population. While at Emory, Angela completed a 6 week clinical rotation in the Neuroscience Division of the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, Maryland. Her post graduate studies were completed at the University of Indianapolis in the Family Nurse Practitioner program. She is Board Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
Angela has a diverse clinical background. She has provided direct care to hospitalized patients in tertiary medical centers in the areas of neuroscience, orthopedic spine, emergency medicine and critical care. Her clinical experiences encompass patient care from the home setting, outpatient clinic, emergency room, intensive care setting, operating room and the reintegration in the rehabilitative phase of recovery from a catastrophic illness.
In collaboration with our leadership team, Angela is looking forward to expanding her clinical practice to promote the integration of primary healthcare in our Chiropractic clinics.

Erica R. Grant Ervin


Hello! I’m Erica R. Grant Ervin, MPH, FNP-BC and this is my story (the short version). I was born and raised in Memphis, TN. I’ve been married to my awesome husband for 9 years and we have an amazing 4 year-old daughter and a sweet little 15 year old cat.
I graduated from nursing school with a BSN in December 2008 (University of Memphis). After graduation, I worked as an ICU nurse for 3 years in Memphis, TN and Valley Stream, New York (Long Island). In 2012, I graduated from the MSN program at the University of Memphis. While at the University of Memphis, I was inducted into Sigma Theta Tau International Nursing Honor Society. After I graduated, I was Board Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). As a family nurse practitioner, I have worked in a burn unit, a retail healthcare clinic, a weight loss clinic and a chiropractic office. Prior to becoming a nurse, I received my first undergraduate degree (in biology) from Clark-Atlanta University (Atlanta, GA) in 1997. After that, I moved to Philadelphia and went to MCP-Hahnemann University (which is now a part of Drexel University) and received a Master in Public Health (MPH) in 2000. Also, I briefly attended medical school from 2000 to 2002. In 2002, I started tutoring elementary, middle and high school students in math and eventually became a high school physical science teacher for 2 years. Before starting nursing school, I worked as a clinical research coordinator at the University of Tennessee in Memphis.
In my free time, I enjoy traveling, trying new restaurants, reading, listening to all types of music and spending time with my family and friends.

Angela Schertz

Nurse Practitioner Trainer

Angela graduated from Kent State University 2006 with a post masters in adult nurse practitioner. She graduated with her nursing degree in 2000.
Was in the U.S. Navy from 93 to 97.

2009 started a home-care company providing primary care to disabled and home bound clients. Nurse practitioners visit homes, nursing homes and assisted livings.
Currently opening her own clinic in Medina, Ohio providing stem cell injections and infusions as well as high end aesthetics.

In the past three years she developed a new knowledge for Regenerative medicine stem cells treatments and high-end aesthetic treatments. She has personally treated over 700 patients with stem cells.

She is traveling around the country training nurse practitioners on stem cell treatments and high level aesthetics. She also helps Chiropractors grow their stem cell business.

She enjoys her career immensely. She enjoys making people feel better physically, psychologically and mentally with high end aesthetics and stem cell treatments.

LeeAnn Wisnowski

Family Nurse Practitioner

LeeAnn Wisnowski is a Family Nurse Practitioner with a graduate degree from the University of South Florida.   She has over 20 years experience in emergency and sports medicine.  Her experience with trauma and injury has led her to her passion for natural healing.  She also has a background in education, instructing new nurses on the importance of diet and exercise to improve quality of life and help ward off disease.
She grew up in Michigan where she spent much of her time outdoors developing her love for nature.  She recently moved to the Charlotte area from Florida which has been a lifelong dream of hers to live in a setting where being outdoors is a priority.  She spends her free time hiking, traveling, camping, attending sporting events but most importantly her time goes to caring and nurturing her two young children.

Kori Williams

Family Nurse Practitioner

Kori Williams grew up in Kansas City, Missouri graduating high school in 1988. She first attended Colorado State University from 1988-1992 and received her BS in Social Sciences and Anthropology.  Her love of animals lead her into the veterinarian industry where she worked for over a decade.  Her love for medicine lead her to continuing her education and receiving her third BS, this one in Nursing from Rockhurst College in Kansas City in 2006. She continued her pursuit for higher education and received her MS in nursing in 2008, also from Rockhurst College/Research College of Nursing. As a nurse, Kori worked in the ED at Research Medical Center and as an NP she worked in the ED at both St. Joseph hospital and St. Mary’s hospital.  Kori’s passion for holistic medicine lead her into the health/wellness field focusing on preventative medicine where she has helped patients achieve their health goals for the past 8 years.  During this time she has also worked as a clinical/medical supervisor. This passion for optimal health, nutrition and regenerative medicine has lead her to combining her love of science by utilizing her skills as a clinician using techniques such as injections and nutrition expertise for overall health and wellness for her patients.  She is happily married to her high school sweetheart with three busy teenagers that keep her very active.  She loves traveling with her family, skiing, camping and seeing live music in her free time.

Zhanna Goldkamp

Family Nurse Practitioner

Zhanna Goldkamp is a Family Nurse Practitioner who is extremely passionate about preventative medicine and wellness. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Goldfarb College of Nursing and then went on to earn her Masters of Science degree at Maryville University in St. Louis, MO. Her RN career began in high-risk obstetrics. As an NP, her focus has been providing alternative treatment for patient’s with chronic pain and other chronic diseases.  Zhanna holds a national certification with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and is also an active member of the Missouri Coalition of Nurses in Advanced Practice. Outside of her career, she loves to spoil her two fur-babies and travel; experiencing new places and cultures.
